This is really helpful for parents that just have their first baby.

Another interesting topic was "Raising A Balanced & Successful Child In The 21st Century" by Ms Sam Jeng Mun a certified clinical psychologist who focused on the effects of screen time in children. Kids that below 2 years old should not expose to screen at all and the kids above 2 years old should only allow to face the screen not more then 1 hour a day. We should focus more on the physical and mental development through free-play activities.

The last topic was "How Colours Influence a Child's Developent" by Giadys Goh, group manager of Nippon Paint Malaysia. He talked about the tips to consider when decorating our kid's room such as maintaining healthy indoor air quality, using paints which are kid friendly and safe for kids, the importance of colour and it's impact on a child's growth development. Now, I may choose a paint that are safe for my kid's room.

It was a question and answer session at the end of each talk, a lot of parents are raising their hand to answer in order to win the cute little Blobby doll by Nippon Paint Malaysia. I would not able to win the doll due to too many parents are raising their hand and I was not pick to answer by the emcee.

At the end of the event, two lucky couples that posted most creative photo from the workshop on their instagram are selected to win the grand prize a free painting package worth RM1500 for their kid's room. Congratulation to all the winners!
