I was happy to attend the launch of the Southeast Asia's largest parenting portal theAsianparent app last week. The app is designed for parent from different stages of mother's journey from conception, pregnancy, breastfeeding until raising happy and healthy children. The app already hit 25 million users monthly!

I have been using the website to search for information and knowledge about taking cares baby and kids when i was having my first baby seven years ago. I find theAsianparent Website was very resourceful last time but i confusing most of the event are based at Singapore. Good news that now they are moving to Malaysia. All the while I need to open the PC and look at the information that scatter around hear and there. With the availability theAsianparent app now, you can have all the information in one place which is very convenient for a busy mother like me.

Many question were being asked when I have a first child such as Can I eat nasi lemak during pregnancy? Is it necessary to drink coconut drink during trimester of pregnancy? Is my baby size is normal? Now theAsianparent app provide a platform for you to as the experts from Sunway Medical Centre Velocity and DoctorOnCall for all this questions. Mother can post the question to the forum, search for the related articles or guides and even connect or talk to other parents to discuss the topics.

"We are focused on empowering Asian parents and providing them with the tools to support their parenting journey. Through our app, we strive to bring about a sense of community and a safe space for parents who are increasingly embracing a digital lifestyle," says Serina Sue, Deputy Country Manager of theAsianparent Malaysia.

The baby tracker will monitors day-today baby development and providing helpful information such as symptoms to expect and precautions expecting mothers may need to take and it can continue to track the children milestones up to the age of six.

I was curios what the food that should give to my baby last time and I did not know when I should start gave solid food for my baby. Thanks to theAsianparent app not only navigate what foods that are safe during pregnancy and also offers advice on the best nourishment for babies.

Most of the parent will face common baby problem such as nappy rash, skin redness and allergies. You may post the question to ask the experts to get answers to all concerns about medication, health and well being. This will help us to have a better understanding of diseases, vaccinations and all the skin problems that are really common for all the children.

We as a mother like freebies, one of the feature i like it so much from the app is the collect point system. We can ear point by answer question in the community forums or voting in the poll. Then we are able to get rewarded to redeem points towards ShopBack bonuses, iflix subscriptions and even Boost e-wallet credits.
