Chef Brandon Lai, founder and co-partner of Xinga Hotpot Restaurant, announced the grand opening of Xinga Pot Restaurant after long lockdown and a soft launch earlier has decided to fully open its doors to welcome all hotpot enthusiast, Uptown (located near to Texas Chicken/RHB), Petaling Jaya. The restaurant is located on the 1st floor spanning across 3 floors in total.
The birth of Xinga Pot Restaurant started slightly before the Covid19 lockdown and blossomed through the lockdown period as a delivery-only service. With great support and demand of the ever-hungry hotpot enthusiast, Xinga Pot finally has the chance to offer its mouth-watering menu to the public through a brick-and-mortar restaurant situated in Uptown, Petaling Jaya.
Xinga Pot confidently boasts about its Signature Golden Fish Tripe Chicken Soup which you could not find anywhere else. Once the golden silky soup touches your tastebuds, it will leave you wanting for more. All ingredients are freshly prepared and acquired, while our handmade pastes are freshly made with care.
As chef Brandon Lai explains ‘Our signature soup goes through a rigorous 8 hours of boiling, with carefully selected ingredients giving the soup a robust richness of flavors. The cooking process allows the distinctive flavor of each ingredient to be well bonded together, providing a different level of experience for the tastebuds.’
Xinga Pot’s main mission is to provide an unrivalled hotpot experience not just on the tastebuds but also on customer’s emotions. Therefore, one will notice the carefully designed Hong Kong themed settings, every detail from the wallpaper down to the chairs. 5 VIP rooms in total named after the 4 heavenly kings of Jacky Cheung, Andy Lau, Leon Lai and Aaron Kwok, with the 5th and biggest room named the ‘Coliseum’ fitting a maximum of 30 persons.
Since hotpots are traditionally to be shared with friends and family, Xinga Pot has emphasized on this point to ensure everyone has a good time at the restaurant enjoying the hotpot, karaoke and drinks. Customers can take things a notch up at the 3rd floor, where a Xinga Bar is located. It is almost guaranteed a memorable fun time over at Xinga Pot for every visit!
